This is basically based from an RPG idea I originally posted on SMBX:R, but now decided to revamp it a bit to cut out anything that may have to do with SMBX:R. The idea I currently have in mind takes place in the Kingdom of Hyrule and starts with what appears to be a peaceful morning at Link's Tree House with Child Link still sound asleep in his bed. He gets waken up by a pesky fairy who he thinks is Navi at first, but then finds out it is Fado's fairy Yuji who was sent by Fado to wake him because she has received a message from another fairy that Princess Zelda wants him to meet her at the castle. He accepts the invitation and heads out his Tree House door to the balcony. Upon coming down the ladder, Link finds Fado nearby and tells her he is leaving to head to Hyrule Castle to see Princess Zelda. Fado says she wants to apologize for the misunderstanding over what happened to the Great Deku Tree and that Mido is also sorry for being mean to him. Link accepts the apology and allows Fado and Yuji to join him as he leaves to go to Hyrule Castle.
After traversing the Hylian Fields, Link and Fado arrive in Hyrule Castle Town. They pass through and traverse the trail to Hyrule Castle where the guards let them pass in behalf of Princess Zelda. Sometime later, they find guests arriving for a party being thrown by Princess Zelda. For some reason I am kinda thinking of random forum members including myself here like it is a celebration of Cloud's Forum being reborn as Cloud's New Forum without the drama from SMBX:R and being a much peaceful place without it. While Fado wanders about with Yuji, Link heads upstairs to where it is quiet and finds Princess Zelda. She tells him she wants to have a chat with him alone, but as they are about to step into her room, something that appears to have the form of Ganon suddenly appears and says, "Princess Zelda is coming with me."
This would have anyone wondering, if it is Ganon, how the heck he got he if he is supposed to be sealed in the void of the Realm of Darkness by the Sages. The being in Ganon's form, though, notices Link stepping in between them which prompts the start of a battle. Just as Link unsheathes his Kokiri Sword, a Gerudo Witch that resembles one of the Twinrova Witches appears and says, "Hold it right there Link, unless you want Princess Zelda to go bye-bye!"
This causes Link to get distracted and knocked down by the being in Ganon's form who is preparing to finish him off, but then Ness appears from a portal he created when he used his PK Powers. Just as he sees what is going on here, Ness jumps in front of Link and intercepts the incoming attack with his baseball bat and sends it back on the being in Ganon's form. Upon getting hit by his own fireball, the being in Ganon's form exclaims, "What the...?! Who the blazes are you?!"
Ness exclaims, "Batter up!" and hits the being in Ganon's form with his baseball bat knocking them clear out of Hyrule Castle.
This causes the Gerudo Witch to turn and face Princess Peach while saying, "Okay then. Say goodbye to Princess Zelda, Link."
The Gerudo Witch begins to cast a spell on her, but then Ness intercepts her with his PK Powers which causes the spell to hit him instead and knock him out. Seeing what just happened, the Gerudo Witch says, "Oh ★★★★, gotta go", and takes off.
Princess Zelda takes notice of Ness being knocked out with Link on the floor wounded and requests the guards take them to a spare room to rest. In the spare bedroom, Link is placed in a bed with placed in another bed somewhere nearby. While Link is resting, he has a dream with what appears to be the spirit of the Great Deku Tree saying, "Link... Can you hear me, Link...? It's the Great Deku Tree... A fairy bunny has something very important to tell you... It concerns all of Hyrule... But sadly, she hasn't the strength to talk to you here... Link, she needs you to go to Fairy Bright Hill. Please... Link... She will be waiting for you at the hill..."
The spirit of the Great Deku Tree then disappears and he suddenly wakes up in bed where Princess Zelda sees him getting up and says, "Link! You finally woke up! I was so worried about you! How do you feel Link? You look refreshed and good as new! That Ganon-like thing hit you with an attack which caused you to faint, but then you were saved by this boy with the red hat! He came out of no where and started attacking that Ganon-like thing and the Gerudo Witch, but then he got hit by one of Gerudo Witch's magic spells and fainted...."
Fado, who had come to the spare room with Princess Zelda, speaks up saying, "Link, I have a bad feeling someone is up to something.... I think this boy appearing in our dimension is a sign or symbol..."
Link responds by talking about the dream he had with the Great Deku Tree who says a fairy bunny needs him to come to Fairy Bright Hill. When he finishes telling it to Princess Zelda, she asks, "What's that? A fairy bunny who needs to go to Fairy Bright hill?"
Fado then replies saying, "I saw nothing like that and didn't see anyone or anything come in or out of this house."
Princess Zelda becomes confused and says, "Hmm....I wonder what your dream and this boy appearing means..."
Link replies saying, "I'm going to Fairy Bright Hill to see this fairy bunny. Maybe she does know what is going on."
Fado joins Link as he heads out of Hyrule Castle and leaves for Fairy Bright Hill. A short while later, Link and Fado reach the top of where Fairy Bright Hill is and see a silhouette of the fairy bunny standing there who looks something like this.
Just as they approach her, she says, "Welcome Link... I've been waiting for you. I'm Jennie the Bunny Fairy. My job is to grant the wishes of good people from my home in Fairy Bunny Haven, a place hidden beyond the Kokiri Forest. I'm going to tell you something incredibly important. Please listen carefully. The other day, this fiend and his followers invaded my Peaceful Fairy Bunny Haven. They stole my prized treasure, the Fairy Staff, which I've cared for since the beginning of my Superpoke Land, the land of my birth which no longer exists. As for the Fairy Staff... it is powerful beyond belief. It can grant any wish. For as long as I can remember, the fiend has been making wishes like, for instance... 'I'd like to trounce Cloud' or 'I want FatCatNine to like me.' Of course, I ignore such selfish wishes. As a result, the fiend's wishes were never granted. That fiend... when he found out I was ignoring their wishes, they came and stole the Fairy Staff so they could grant their own wishes. Soon enough, though, I fear they will wish for more... and then terrible things will happen. It is my responsibility to keep the Fairy Staff safe and use it properly. We must get the Fairy Staff back from this fiend and return it to its rightful place! In order to do this, Link, I need your help! Sadly... right now you are not strong enough to challenge the fiend... They have made them self all-powerful by making wishes with the Fairy Staff. They are terrible to behold! Once you help me, I can give you the power to fight this fiend even with his new-found strength. With my help, you can prevail! Link... I am..."
Jennie starts flickering out a bit and says, "Alas... I've nearly exhausted my power to talk to you. Although it looks like I'm there beside you, it is only an illusion. I'm using all of my strength to communicate with you over a vast distance. But even now, my strength is fading... I've been caught and being held by this fiend's followers somewhere in Hyrule. Please, Link, first of all, you must rescue me! In order to take the Fairy Staff back from the fiend... and save Hyrule... I need your help... My fur comes from silver chenille and I will need more of that to survive the state I'm in... Please, Link... you are my last hope... and I will..."
Jennie fades out completely leaving Link and Fado to realize things are a lot more serious than they thought. He leaves Fairy Bright Hill and heads back to Hyrule Castle. Upon arrival, he heads to the library to find out more about what chenille is. Upon arriving at the library, he searches through books and finds out chenille means caterpillar. This causes him to wonder where the heck is he going to find a silver caterpillar.
From here, this turns into an adventure where you can join Link and Fado in search of clues as to what is going on, what happened to cause Ness to be sent here, and figure out just where the heck you can find a silver caterpillar. At first, one thinks it is Ganondorf up to no good again, but this seems like a conspiracy going on that is much worse than Ganondorf. Even Vaati gets questioned in this thinking they are wanting everyone to obey him, but it doesn't seem likely it is him either. Same comes up regarding the Dark Wizard Agahnim as well.
