...Lying To [HASH]Congress
Against the objections of his own [HASH]CensusBureau, [HASH]SecretaryofCommerce Wilbur Ross railroaded adding a question about citizenship status to the [HASH]UnitedStatesCensus. Today the [HASH]UnitedStatesDistrictCourt of the [HASH]SouthernDistrict of [HASH]NewYork struck down that addition on grounds it violated the [HASH]AdministrativeProceduresAct (APA), as the decision was arbitrary and capricious and violated laws requiring notice to Congress of changes to the content in the [HASH]Census form. But the judge went quite a bit further. The judge rather strongly suggested [HASH]Secretary Ross lied to Congress, a felony.
